I was born 30 years ago in a village in The Po Valley, and, before I could understand what I wanted to do with my life, I was sure I was going to be an electrician, a mechanic and a writer.
Only after I was 20, during the Course of Fashion Design at the University, I understood what I really wanted to do in my life. In spite of using computer programs and a graphic tablet from with i never part, my approach to design remains old style: pencil, ruler and square! I always try to look for geometric harmony in shapes and I try to don't forget that architectural constructions and the skeletal anatomy of plants and animals are always a wonderful source of inspiration!
I make illustrations, mostly decorative taking inspiration from Herbal, and from cyclic forms of mollusc and shellfish. My passion for typography makes me do ornaments using type faces as graphic objects. you can find my porfolio at
